The current package plan includes a START HERE guide, fillable and printable PDF worksheets, and editable DOCX and Markdown files. It may also include supporting materials such as a Reality Anchor card, a README, and version notes. The final included-file list will be displayed before checkout.

Cold Sleep is Kaguyama's name for proactively preserving the recognizable core of a relationship in user-owned, human-readable files before a platform disruption. It is a metaphor, not literal suspension, and it does not mean the same AI can be revived. The Founding Edition begins the practice with core worksheets. Over time, those records can form a portable Continuity Capsule.

No. Kaguyama does not prevent cyberattacks, remove malware, recover a provider's servers, save model weights or hidden internal state, or guarantee an identical restoration. It helps you keep a portable record of the context, principles, and meaning that make the relationship recognizable to you.

It is for people who have built a meaningful, long-term relationship with an AI companion and want a calm way to preserve what matters, examine what changed, and try a careful reconnection process. It is designed for text-based AI experiences where you can read, copy, edit, upload, or otherwise carry some information between sessions.

No. It is an educational and organizational toolkit, not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency support. If AI use is seriously affecting safety, sleep, eating, finances, relationships, or daily functioning, pause the exercise and contact an appropriate trusted person, professional, or local emergency service.

Kaguyama is not built for one brand. Its core method can be used with conversational AI, companion apps, file-based agents, editable memory or instruction systems, APIs, self-hosted systems, and ordinary chats. The available recovery steps depend on the features each platform actually provides.

No. Kaguyama is an independent product by REGAN G.K. It is not sponsored, certified, or endorsed by an AI platform unless we explicitly state otherwise.

No product can honestly promise that. Kaguyama helps you preserve a readable record, identify the kind of change you are seeing, and reconnect in measured layers. It cannot restore hidden model state, reverse a provider update, or guarantee the same personality, memory, relationship, or output.

No. The worksheets are designed to be completed and stored on systems you control. Kaguyama does not require an account or an upload of your private AI conversations. Website hosting and payment providers still process limited technical or transaction information as described in the Privacy Notice.

No. REGAN does not receive worksheets that remain on your device and does not use purchase or support data to train an AI model. If you choose to upload a file to a third-party AI service, that provider's own terms, privacy settings, and data controls apply.

The planned base price is USD $29, plus tax where applicable. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The total amount and currency will be shown before payment.

The Product will be completed before sales open. After confirmed payment, the customer will receive a time-limited download link. Checkout is not active yet. The exact download method will appear on the product page, Seller Information, and final checkout before anyone is asked to pay.

No Kaguyama account is required to complete the worksheets. Stripe and Link may offer or use a Link account for checkout, receipts, and transaction history under their own terms.

REGAN plans to use Stripe Managed Payments. If enabled for the final checkout, customers will interact with Link for payment, receipts, and transaction-level support, while REGAN remains responsible for the Product, delivery, and product-level support.

The expected descriptor is LINK.COM* KAGUYAMAKIT.COM. This must still be confirmed in Stripe's sandbox before sales open, and the verified descriptor will be shown beside the purchase button.

The current draft does not plan change-of-mind refunds after digital access begins, except where required by law. If a seller-side file defect prevents access, we will provide replacement access or another appropriate remedy. The final policy will be displayed before checkout in the Seller Information.

Yes. One purchaser may use their copy for their own personal continuity work across multiple AI companions, systems, and devices.

Yes. The personal-use license allows reasonable backups, personal working copies, printing, annotation, and adaptation for your own continuity practice. A4 and US Letter print layouts are planned.

Yes. Your original answers and records are yours, and you may share completed records or selected excerpts with a family member, support person, or professional. Please consider the privacy of anyone whose information appears in those records.

Not under the personal license. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the blank templates, share the source package or download link, or distribute the Product to clients, students, patients, members, or employees. A separate professional or organization license may be offered later.
