Privacy Notice
Kaguyama is built around a simple boundary: the contents of your continuity worksheets belong with you, not in our database.
The short version
Your private record stays yours.
- We do not ask you to upload worksheet contents or private AI conversations.
- The current site build has no account system, contact form, advertising tracker, or behavioral analytics script.
- Hosting providers may process limited technical logs. When checkout is enabled, Stripe and Link will process payment and transaction information.
- We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we are
REGAN G.K. operates Kaguyama and the website at kaguyamakit.com. In this Notice, “Kaguyama,” “REGAN,” “we,” and “us” refer to REGAN G.K. Details required for the seller and data controller will be available on our Seller Information page.
This Notice covers the Kaguyama website, purchase support, and delivery of Kaguyama digital products. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of Stripe, Link, Vercel, or any AI platform where you choose to use your files.

Information we handle
Website visits
Our hosting provider may automatically process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referrer, timestamp, response status, and security or diagnostic data. This information is used to deliver and protect the site and diagnose failures.
Purchases
When payments are enabled, checkout will be provided through Stripe Managed Payments and Link. Depending on the payment method and location, Stripe may process your name, email address, billing address, country, tax information, payment method details, order details, device information, IP address, and fraud or compliance signals.
REGAN may receive the customer, order, tax, payment-status, refund, and contact details needed to deliver the product, provide support, keep accounting records, and resolve disputes. REGAN does not receive or store your full card number through the Kaguyama site.
Support and privacy requests
If you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, order reference, message, and any files you intentionally attach. Please do not send private AI conversation logs unless they are necessary for your request and you understand what they contain.
Your worksheets and continuity records
Kaguyama does not receive the text you enter into the downloadable worksheets. The fillable PDF, printable pages, DOCX, and Markdown files are designed to be completed and stored on systems you control.

Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, we will request it separately. We do not use purchase or support data to train an AI model or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Retention and security
We keep purchase, accounting, support, and dispute records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, accounting, security, and contractual requirements. Stripe and Vercel apply their own retention periods to information they process under their services and legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including limiting access, keeping paid files outside the public website, and avoiding collection of worksheet contents. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of use, objection to certain uses, data portability, or cessation of third-party disclosure. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to an appropriate data protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity and order details before acting on a request. If the relevant information is controlled directly by Stripe, Link, or another provider, we may direct you to that provider or coordinate with it as appropriate.

We may update this Notice when the site, checkout, delivery method, or law changes. The current version will show its revision date at the top of this page.
